Each time we arrive to your home we have the following checklist to perform:
Check inside/outside for water leaks, mold check, inside/outside pest inspection, visual pool inspection, landscape monitoring, A/C and thermostat monitoring, check appliances, run all faucets & showers, flush all toilets, monthly running of dishwasher, monthly running of washing machine, run garbage disposal, check garage door operation, check air filters, visual check of doors, windows & locks, check hot water heater for leaks, check circuit breaker for tripped breakers, remove all newspapers, flyers, phone books from sight, check screened enclosures, and mail forwarding.
Inspection reports are then sent via the app to keep track of your home and visits.

Scott J Birkeland
Born and raised in Elmwood Park, Scott Birkeland came to real estate by way of his family business and real estate investing. He graduated with honors majoring in business and entrepreneurship. While in school he started a team in Naples, Florida selling high-end real estate. Since then, he has expanded to his home market of Chicago and outside suburbs. His high attention to detail, technology, marketing, and networking techniques further him in the industry.
